Are there any specific requirements for applicants?
Applicants must provide a valid ID, proof of business insurance, and a brief description of their services. Applicants must be agreeable to our payment structure of weekly automated clearing house (ACH) payments.
How long does it take to process an application?
Applications are typically processed within 5-7 business days. We will contact you once a decision is made.

Each studio includes free high-speed internet, free utilities, free use of on-site laundry facilities, 24/7 accessibility and security, and a spacious breakroom.
Suite Features include quartz countertops, solid wood cabinetry with soft close hardware, and backwash chair system.
Large window suites are available.
An allowance of up to two weeks of free rent to purchase your own styling station which can be taken with you should you decide to leave.
We also offer one week of free rent per year to be taken at your discretion.
Can I customize my studio space?
Yes, you are encouraged to personalize your studio to reflect your brand, subject to our decoration guidelines which will be provided to you by our leasing manager.
What is the lease term for studio rentals?
Our standard lease term is one year, with options for renewal upon review. Yearly rental increases should be anticipated, however, rate locks can be applied for up to two years for applicants seeking a 2 year lease.
